my fill of poetry until September.

Well due to the fact that this week is filled with Graduations and the such I was unable to get my Tuesday off. This Tuesday is the last Expressions: Poetry in the Pub until September. However I found someone who has satisfied my need for Poetry. This man has such lyrics (I cant call it words because only a lyricist can piece together words like this) that can make you go mad!!! I shall share a few here and the others you can view on your own.

Ranting needs to be done!!

I have noticed that my efforts at work tend to go unseen at times. But I guess that is how life goes. You work your ass off and get no recognition but as soon as you trip up you are scolded like you never did anything good. I would come in to work 15 minutes early to get the work done in a timely manner and I know I wouldnt get any overtime or such. But it is all about the quality of work for me. Yesterday I even went to work 30 minutes early so that I could get stuff done and I was still scolded for something that I had no control over and couldnt change. Right now I just wanna go to another place and relax.

Plus I must admit I am tired of ppl either dissing me saying i am fake or a fraud. (up till last night I was told this. Plus when ppl say shit like "yea ALL Antiguans are fake." I just wanna tell them "well I am not like all Antiguans and if you believe that all Antiguans are fake then go back to your country where everyone is 'real'. " But noo I wouldnt do that because I am not one to express my Anger. But if I do I will have to quit for real!!

My rant is done I shall share some good music now to put me back in a happy place:

Random Thought to the Universe

I have been working my ass off and building up my bank account. But I have nothing much to do with the money. So I had just received a comment on my blog entry about MyHotelhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif. So recently since we are going through a hard time in the economy so I have been helping out the family where necessary. So as soon as there is a lift in the Economy I will think about a lil thing that would help me in accomplishing my main goal.

I have noticed that working in the hotel industry you can make a good buck for all of your bang (that is hard work). So maybe for my leisure I could go to another hotel in another country for a night or 2. See how they operate and some of their Standards of Procedures.

I random thought that would be cool to carry out. Get some stamps in my passport before I get too old!!! It would be cool to get your feedback. Yea!!

Dubstep!!!

OMG My ears were open before but now my eyes ears and mind is open.
The first time I ever heard DubStep and focused on it and only it was when a gal on tumblr that i follow, Erin, would post some links from Skrillex.

Then one of my friends who is doing some dubstep of his own introduced me to it in full!!! So I shall share them with you!!!








Now we gonna mix this with the LXDs in Step UP 3d!!!!

Jazz

I know I have a weakness for Jazz, but I always wondered why I have a love for Jazz that has scat in it. Well a few nights ago I decided I was gonna watch some cartoon movies from Disney.

So I watched Dumbo and near the end of the movie I came across this song

And I listened to it like 3 times before I watched the end of the movie. I love this movie cause it is soo old school and there is a moral behind it!! Plus it had a great happy ending (unlike Animal Farm). It had the truth about society, not accepting individuals because they are different. People being greedy, and the good hearted people that you may come across when in time of need.

But back to Jazz, I just love love love this song.

It also reminds me of this Ella Fitzgerald and her One Note Samba:

MyHotel

I love to see boutique hotels and I have just found out about a British Boutique Hotel.

I heard about this one (well read about it) in the book "Sleeping with Strangers" by Eric Jerome Dickey. Since I love me a hotel and their information, I googled it andhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif found out this is a pretty cheap Boutique hotel which can pass as a business hotel as well.

Well I havent told you the name of this hotel. It is Myhotel. NO not My hotel, MYHOTEL. yep.
They have a branch in Bloomsbury, Chelsea, and Brighton.

Now that is really chic.

I would love to just go there one day and enjoy.
