I love it!!!! I have heard people saying OMG It is sooo trashy... or... what would her child say when they grow up...or...doesnt she have a husband what did he say about that. But my answers to them are
She has done just as trashy in other vids and songs... her child would say the same thing Madonna's child is saying now... so if she has a husband if he wasnt accepting of it you would hear they broke up or the video would not have been done at all!!!!!
Plus this basically hit a bunch of sex topics: Regular, Bondage, Gang Bang, Lesbian. Get used to it ppl we are in the 21st century!!!
