12 days of Christmas

Ok I decided to do a backward way of 12 days of Christmas. Instead of starting on Christmas day and going to the first week in January, i am going to count up to Christmas. So since i missed the first day (13th Dec) I shall put the first and second day of Christmas together :D I got this info from THE VOICE

ON THE FIRST DAY OF CHRISTMAS MY TRUE LOVE GAVE TO ME -
A PARTRIDGE IN A PEAR TREE
[1st Day of Christmas: Nathan Harris]

The partridge in a pear tree is Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, whose birthday we celebrate on December 25, the first day of Christmas. In the song, Christ is symbolically presented as a mother partridge that feigns injury to decoy predators from her helpless nestlings, recalling the expression of Christ's sadness over the fate of Jerusalem: "Jerusalem! Jerusalem! How often would I have sheltered you under my wings, as a hen does her chicks, but you would not have it so . . . ." (Luke 13:34)

ON THE SECOND DAY OF CHRISTMAS MY TRUE LOVE GAVE TO ME -
TWO TURTLE DOVES
[2nd Day of Christmas: Nathan Harris]The Old and New Testaments, which together bear witness to God's self-revelation in history and the creation of a people to tell the Story of God to the world.
