Heels Step 2 & 3

Dear Readers.

I found the others since the bloody people didnt send them to me I went for a hunt for them and I found them on Blogger yay!! Ok maybe not Blogger but they got a blog and I am going to spread the info. The name of the group is Myst Carnival as (I think) I said in my previous blog!

Step Two : How to put on a High Heel

  • Determine the type and style of high heel that you prefer to wear.High heels come in multiple sizes from 2-inch to 5 and 6-inch heels. Heels are also available in tall, thick styles and pencil-point skinny styles.
  • Select the correct size for your high heeled shoes. They can come in various sizes that are different than your normal shoe size. This is because the elevation of the heel of the shoe can either lengthen or shorten your true shoe size. You can find the correct shoe size for your high heels by trying different brands and make of shoes.
  • Put on high heels that are reasonably comfortable and easy for you to walk in. This will make wearing them easier and much more pleasurable.
  • Insert a shoe cushion into the base of the shoe to keep your foot from sliding while you are wearing the high heels.
  • Place the high heels on the floor directly in front of you and step into them one at a time. Secure the strap or the buckle on the high-heeled shoe, if there is one and ensure that it is securely fastened to your foot.
  • Walk a few steps in the shoe to make sure that it will not slide and that it is comfortable.

Step Three : How to Wear Heels without Feeling Pain

  1. Don’t wear high heels if they are too high. The best size shoes are medium height.
  2. Wear some thin socks underneath. This will help prevent your feet from rubbing against the leather or on the material of the shoes.
  3. Buy shoes with soft inner soles.
  4. Avoid the high heels when cycling – poor control and pain are the consequencesWear high heels only when you don’t have to walk a lot or perform energetic activities, like Heelz: the inclusive fete. Don’t even consider cycling to and from work in them – that is asking for trouble even though you may have seem some foolhardy enough to try.
  5. Wear high heels for special occasions. Times that are more suitable for high heels include activities such as birthday parties, visiting night clubs (although this depends on how much dancing you do and how comfortable you are in high heels), graduation parties, church and ofcourse Heelz: the inclusive on this Friday.

Tips

  • Walk straight
  • Have a car
  • Buy medium height shoes
  • Be confident
  • Buy good quality shoes
  • Heels don’t wear feet – feet wear heels.

Hope you enjoyed and learnt something.

OXXO

Mayeshah!!
