Hey yall,,
I been gettin my ass kicked recently, classes, gym, yoga, (gonna start Zumba and maybe kick boxing next week) My eating has been slacking. I would eat yogurt for breakie ( or a fried egg and toast with a little layer of butter)then soup for lunch. and right now I dunno for dinner. It was chicken and couscous (or rice or pasta) or it would be a salad!!! Or I would just have a sandwich as a meal. lol. It is sad
But I am tired of being big now i miss my old self. So yea I will continue and see how this works!!!
Plus I have planned a European Menu and I have no idea if it is right I will take some pics of the pictures in the book and do a post with the pics next to the menu!!!
